Hub (Educator)

Hub is a powerful feature in BeED that lets Educators create dedicated learning spaces, organise content into Rooms, and manage Learner access — all in one place. With the revamped Hub, Educators can import Experio, schedule access periods, track Learner progress, and collaborate with co-Educators across multiple Rooms.

Hub is available for Educators and Admins.

Important Notes / Tips

  • Educators can only view and manage Hubs they have created, unless they are added as a co-Educator to another Hub.
  • Admins have visibility over all Hubs within their institution and share the same management permissions as Educators.
  • A Hub can contain a maximum of 10 Rooms.
  • Learner progress is permanently removed when a Learner is reassigned or deleted from a Room. This action cannot be undone.
  • When a Hub is Paused or Ended, all Experio are removed from Learner devices automatically.
  • Only published Experio can be imported into a Room. Drafts are not eligible.
  • A stable internet connection is recommended when managing Learner invitations or importing Experio in bulk.
  • The Duplicate Room and Save as Template features are currently UI only and will be fully functional in a future update.

Summary

Hub gives Educators a structured, flexible space to deliver learning content, manage participants, and track progress — all from one central workspace. Whether you're running a single Room or coordinating multiple classes across a Hub, every tool you need is built in.
