Understanding Hub Summary

The Hub Summary gives you a quick bird's-eye view of everything happening inside your Hub — total Rooms, Educators, Learners, and Experio — broken down at both the Hub level and per Room. It's a read-only snapshot designed for a fast health check without having to click into each Room individually.

How to Open the Hub Summary

  1. Open any Hub from your Hub list.
  2. In the Hero Section, click the Summary area on the left side of the Hub card.
  3. The Hub Summary popup will appear.

Everything inside the Summary popup is display only — no hover or click actions are available on the data shown.

What's Inside the Hub Summary

The Summary popup is divided into two sections: Hub-level totals and per-Room breakdown.

Hub-Level Totals

At the top, you'll see four counts covering the entire Hub:

ItemWhat it shows
RoomsTotal number of Rooms created in this Hub
Educator(s)Total number of unique Educators across all Rooms
Learner(s)Total number of unique Learners across all Rooms
ExperioTotal Experio count across all Rooms (see note below)

Educators and Learners are counted uniquely — if the same Educator is in three Rooms, they are counted as 1 at the Hub level.

Experio are counted by occurrence — if the same Experio is linked to three Rooms, it counts as 3 at the Hub level (once per Room it appears in).

Per-Room Breakdown

Below the Hub totals, each Room is displayed as its own card showing:

ItemWhat it shows
Room nameThe name of the Room
Educator(s)Total Educators in that Room
Learner(s)Total Learners in that Room (Active + Archived)
ExperioTotal Experio linked to that Room

Max Learner indicator: If a Room has reached its Max Learner limit, a "Max" label appears beside the Learner count for that Room.

Zero state: If a Room has no Learners, Educators, or Experio assigned, the respective count will show 0 — not blank.

Save as Template and Import from Template

Two additional options are visible in the Hub Summary area:

  • Save Hub as Template — saves the current Hub structure as a reusable template.
  • Import from Template — creates a Hub based on a previously saved template.

Both options are currently UI only and will be fully functional in a future update.

Important Notes / Tips

  • The Hub Summary is a snapshot — it reflects the current state of the Hub at the time you open it. Refresh or reopen the popup to see the latest counts after making changes.
  • Archived Learners are included in the per-Room Learner count shown in the Summary.
  • The Summary is the fastest way to spot Rooms with no Learners or no Experio — look for Rooms showing 0 in either column.
  • For a full breakdown of what's inside each Room, click directly into the Room from the left panel. See Inside a Hub — Overview for the full workspace guide.
