1. Prerequisite: Before getting started, it is strongly recommended that the Admin first configure the following items in the Admin Panel to prepare for the new academic year:
Schedule Settings in the Institutions tab
Classes in the Learners tab
2. In the Curriculum Builder, you can either create a new curriculum or search for an existing one to be applied to the new academic year.
Before proceeding, ensure that the selected curriculum document is available in your Account Library.
3. Once you have selected the appropriate curriculum:
Click the three-dot icon (⋮) on the selected curriculum.
Choose Apply to Institution from the menu.
4. Select the New Academic Year from the drop-down menu. You will also be asked to decide whether to retain or remove existing assignments within the curriculum.
(In this context, "assignments" refer to users who were previously assigned to complete documents within the curriculum.)
5. Click Apply to confirm your selections. Your curriculum is now successfully applied and ready to be used for the new academic year.
