Getting Started: Setting Up Curriculum for the New Academic Year
Before You Begin (Prerequisite):
It’s highly recommended that Admins first set up the following in the Admin Panel for the new academic year:Schedule Settings (Click the link for more details) in the Institutions tab
Classes (Click the link for more details) in the Learners a
Educator (Click the link for more details)
Facility (Click the link for more details)
Timetables (Click the link for more details)
Go to Curriculum Builder :
After finishing all the requirement above you can go to curriculum builder.
Please make sure that the selected school or institution at the top matches the one where the curriculum is intended to be used or was originally created.
Select or Create Curriculum for the New Academic Year:
Select or Create Curriculum for the New Academic Year. You’ll also be asked whether you want to keep or remove any existing assignments within that curriculum. (In this context, “assignments” refer to users previously assigned to complete documents in the curriculum.)Click Apply:
Your curriculum is now ready to be used for the new academic year. The final step is linking its lessons to the new class schedule.Using the Curriculum Builder:
You can either create a new curriculum or search for an existing one to apply for the upcoming academic year. Make sure the curriculum document is available in your Account Library.
