Global Search lets you search for files by title across all four of your library sections at once — Account Library, Account Library Archived, My Library, and My Library Archived. Results are grouped by section so you can see exactly where each file lives and get to it quickly.
The Unified Library is available for Educators.
Looking for a specific file across your entire library? Let's take a closer look below.
Before You Begin
- Log in to BeED using your account credentials.
- Make sure your active role is set to Educator.
- Navigate to the Unified Library from the main BeED menu.
How Global Search Works
When you type in the search bar in the Top Frame, the Library searches file titles across all four sections simultaneously and displays the results in a single grouped view.
Global Search looks at file titles only — it does not search inside file content.
The four sections searched are:
Section
---
Account Library
Account Library Archived
My Library
My Library Archived
