The Unified Library gives you full control over how your content is displayed. You can sort files by name or date, switch between Grid and List view, and filter by author, institution, or file type. All three preferences are saved automatically per user — so the library is always set up the way you left it.
The Unified Library is available for Educators.
Want to find your files faster and keep things organised your way? Let's take a closer look below.
Before You Begin
- Log in to BeED using your account credentials.
- Make sure your active role is set to Educator.
- Navigate to the Unified Library and open any library section from the Left Frame sidebar.

| File name Z–A | Reverse alphabetical order |

- Locate the view toggle icons at the top right of the content area.

Important Notes / Tips
- Sort, view, and filter preferences are saved per user — your settings do not affect what other Educators see.
- The library loads 24 files at a time. Scroll down to automatically load the next batch.
- In the Author and Institution filters, results appear after typing just 1 character — no need to press Enter.
- The Type filter in the Account Library is fixed to Experio and has no additional options.
- Filter and sort settings apply independently to each library section — changing one section's settings does not affect another.
