My Library is your private workspace inside the Unified Library. Everything you store here is visible only to you — no other user can see your files or folders. Use My Library to keep personal drafts, organise your Experio files into folders, and move content into the Account Library when you are ready to share it with your school.
The Unified Library is available for Educators.
Want to keep your personal files organised and easy to find? Let's take a closer look below.
Before You Begin
- Log in to BeED using your account credentials.
- Make sure your active role is set to Educator.
- Navigate to the Unified Library and click My Library from the Left Frame sidebar.

Experio cards in My Library work the same way as in the Account Library, with one difference — there is no institution label displayed on the card.

How to Copy an Experio to the Account Library
- Open My Library from the Left Frame sidebar.

- Click the three-dot (⋮) More Options menu on the file card or row.
- Click Copy to Account Library.
- The Experio is copied to the Account Library immediately.
- A green success notification confirms the action.
Copying does not remove the file from My Library. The original stays in your private library and a copy is added to the shared Account Library.
How to Move an Experio to a Folder
- Open My Library from the Left Frame sidebar.
- Locate the Experio file you want to move.
- Click the three-dot (⋮) More Options menu on the file card or row.
- Click Move to.
- A folder picker appears showing all available folders in your My Library.
- The folder the file currently sits in is greyed out and cannot be selected.
- Click the destination folder.
- The file moves to the selected folder immediately.
How to Archive a Folder
- Open My Library from the Left Frame sidebar.
- Locate the folder you want to archive.
- Click the three-dot (⋮) More Options menu on the folder card.
- Click Archive.
- The folder is moved to My Archived immediately.

My Archived functions as a private bin. Folders and files moved there are held before permanent removal. They are not visible to other users.
Based on the steps above, here's a quick summary:
- Open My Library from the Left Frame sidebar.
- Double-click a folder to navigate inside it — use the breadcrumb trail to go back.
- Use the three-dot (⋮) More Options menu on any folder or Experio to rename, move, copy, archive, or view details.
- Use Copy to Account Library to share an Experio with your school without removing it from your private library.
My Library keeps your personal content organised and ready to share whenever you need it!
Important Notes / Tips
- My Library is private. No other user — including Admins — can see your files or folders here.
- Folders support one level only — you cannot create a folder inside another folder.
- Copy to Account Library creates a copy in the shared library. The original file remains in My Library.
- Move to shows all your available folders. Your current folder is greyed out and cannot be selected as a destination.
- Archiving a folder moves it to My Archived, which functions as a private bin. Files archived here are not deleted immediately.
- In List view, the Details column shows the total number of files inside a folder. For Experio files, this column is empty.
