Search for Users on the Web
1. Click on the Member tab. You can now search for users by typing their name or email address in the search bar.
2. When you click on the user’s name, you can see their Connect profile. You can tap on the Message button to start chatting with them on Messenger, or view some of their recent posts.
If you’re an Admin, Director or Curriculum Director, you can also click on the Messages tab to view their recent messages for moderation purposes.
Search for Users in the App
1. Using the main menu, navigate to Tools > Connect. Click on the Member tab. You can now search for users by scrolling down the page, or clicking on the search icon in the top right corner and typing their name or email address.
2. When you click on the user’s name, you can see their Connect profile. You can tap on the Message button to start chatting with them on Messenger, or view some of their recent posts.
