How do I add questions into the Question Bank?

Question Bank is a centralised repository where educators can create, store, and organise various types of questions for quizzes, assessments, and practice exercises.

How to Add Questions to the Question Bank

Adding questions to the Question Bank is simple, whether you are doing it from the Lesson Builder or directly through the Question Bank interface. Follow the methods below for detailed guidance.

 


 

Method 1: Adding Questions Directly into the Question Bank

  1. Go to the Curriculum Builder

  2. On the top right corner you can see a Question Bank button beside the Create button.

  1. Click the + New button.

  2. Fill in the required fields for your question.

  3. Save your question to add it to the Question Bank.

Method 2: Adding Questions from the Lesson Builder 

Step 1: Add a Point

  1. Navigate to Curriculum Builder > Lesson > Content Creation tab.

  2. Scroll down to the Content Block section.

  3. Click the circle button inside the highlighted red square to add a new point.

  4. Drag the newly created point to the designated area of your image.

 

 


 

Step 2: Add a Stage

  1. After adding a point, scroll down, and a "+" icon will appear.

  2. Click the "+" icon to add a stage.

  3. Fill in the required details:

    • Stage name

    • Icon

    • Color

  4. Click the Create Stage button to complete the stage creation.


 

Step 3: Add a Question Block

  1. Once the stage is created, multiple blocks will appear beneath it.

  2. Select the Question Block to start creating your question.

  1. Click the Question Bank icon in the top-right corner to add your question directly to the Question Bank.
