Bulk Question

Bulk Question allows you to create or upload multiple questions at once, making it easier and faster to set up quizzes, tests, or assessments. Instead of adding questions one by one, you can input them all at the same time, saving you effort and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Step 1: Prepare the Template

  1. Go to the Question Bank and click the Import button at the top-right corner.

  1. Download the appropriate Excel template based on your question type.

  2. Fill in the template following the provided instructions.

 


 

Step 2: Upload the Template

  1. Click the Choose File button and select the completed template from your computer.

  2. Once the file is selected, click Import.

Note: Media links can also be included in bulk question templates.

 


 

Uploading Media Files for Bulk Questions

Preferred Option: BeED Storage Server

  1. Create a lesson and block, then upload your media by clicking the link.

  2. In the Server File Manager, click Upload button to add your media file.

  3. Select the uploaded media file and copy the URL provided on the next page.

  4. Paste the link into the designated field in the question upload template.

Alternative Option: Google Drive

  1. Upload your media file to Google Drive.

  2. Click the file and select Share.

  1. Click on the "Share" button

  1. Change the sharing settings to Anyone with the link can view.

  1. Copy and paste the link into the question upload template.

 

 


 

Important Guidelines for Bulk Media Uploads

  1. File Size:
    Ensure each media file is no larger than 12MB. Files exceeding this size will appear as accessible links in the Question Block.

  2. Third-Party Restrictions:
    Some platforms impose restrictions that may prevent direct downloading and displaying of media. In these cases, media will appear as links.

  3. Recommended Storage:
    For reliable media availability, upload your files to BeED Storage Server or any publicly accessible server.
