Greenlight is an internal version of B-Meet designed specifically for internal users who log in with their BeED accounts. It functions similarly to B-Meet but is intended exclusively for internal meetings within the organisation. You can Access it from Greenlight.beed.world
Each account in Greenlight is provided with a personal room that can be accessed instantly. The session supports up to 100 participants and lasts for a maximum of 4 hours. For customisable conditions (such as longer sessions or more participants), internal users can submit a request to the support team.
Greenlight provides a meeting dashboard similar to B-Meet, but with slight differences in the meeting links and access permissions. Unlike B-Meet, external users cannot create Greenlight sessions, ensuring it remains for internal collaboration only.

How to Start Greenlight Session
Steps for Educators / Hosts
Open Greenlight – Go to greenlight.beed.world in your browser.
Sign In – Log in using your BeED account.
Copy the Meeting Link – Generate or copy your personal room’s link.
Start the Meeting – Click to launch your Greenlight session.
Share the Link – Send the meeting link to your participants so they can join the session.
