Conference Blocks
With Conference Blocks, you can set specific conference links for different classes and institutions, even if they use the same Lesson.
To add a Conference Block into your Lesson:
1. Click on the Conference Block button to begin creating your conference link. This will add a conference block into your lesson.
2. Add a title, date & time, description and the conference link for your conference block. Once you're done, click Save.
- Conference Title: Indicating the main topic or purpose of the virtual meeting.
- Date & Time: The specific day, date, and time when the conference will take place.
- Description: A brief explanation of what the conference will cover. It may include the discussion topics, key speakers, and any expectations from participants before, during, or after the session.
- Toggle Link: This toggle allows you to choose whether to use B-Meet or another conferencing tool for the meeting.
- Blue: Use B-Meet for the meeting
- Grey: Use Other conferencing tool for the meeting
- Conference Link: Link used to join the virtual conference room
- Copy Button: this button for copying out the link generated when you use B-Meet for the meeting.

How to Create a B-Meet Session from Curriculum/Experio Builder
You can create a B-Meet conference directly from your lesson in Curriculum Builder or Experio Builder.
This lets you hold online discussions or meetings without leaving the LMS.
Steps
Open Curriculum or Experio Builder
Go to the lesson where you want to add a conference block.
Add a Conference Block
Click Add Block → choose Conference.
Fill in Conference Details
Add title, description, date, time, and other information.
Enable B-Meet Link
Turn on the toggle Use B-Meet Link for Conference.
Then click Generate Link to create your B-Meet meeting link.
Copy the link if you want to share it directly.
Save the Lesson
Click Save once all details are completed.
Your learners can access the B-Meet link directly from their lesson.
3. How to Create a B-Meet Session from Curriculum/Experio Builder
You can create a meeting using other conferencing tools directly from your lesson in Curriculum Builder or Experio Builder.
Steps
Open Curriculum or Experio Builder
Go to the lesson where you want to add a conference block.
Add a Conference Block
Click Add Block → choose Conference.
Fill in Conference Details
Add title, description, date, time, and other information.
Enable B-Meet Link
Turn off the toggle to Use External Link for Conference.
Then click Paste The Link to create your External meeting.
4. To start your conference call, go to your Gradebook Schedule, enter the lesson, and click Start the Conference. Teachers can now join the call as Hosts. Students clicking on this link will join as participants.
