How do I invite Educators and Learners to my Hub?
Inviting Educators and Learners to your Hub is simple! Follow the steps below for browser and app methods.
Inviting Educators to Your Hub
Steps via Browser:
- Navigate to your selected Hub page.
- Click on Invite Educator to add Educators to manage the group.
- You can invite multiple Educators by entering their email addresses.
- Once Educators are added, proceed to invite learners.
Steps via App:
- Select your Hub and tap on the Add User button.
- Tap the QR scanner icon located at the top-right of your screen.
- Scan the Educator’s unique QR code.
- To find the QR code: The Educator must go to the main sidebar > Account Settings > Profile.
- Once scanned, the Educator’s name will appear in a pop-up box. Tap Invite User to add them to your Hub.
Inviting Learners to Your Hub
Steps via Browser:
- Once Educators are added to the Hub, invite learners by:
- Entering individual email addresses, OR
- Clicking on the Bulk Invite button to upload a CSV file.
- Note: If learners are under 13 years old, tick the Parental Consent checkbox and provide the parent’s email address for approval.
- Alternatively, invite learners using the Hub's QR code:
- Screenshot or display the QR code from your Hub page.
- Learners can scan the code using the QR Code Scanner in their app.
Steps via App:
- Add Educators to the Hub first.
- Share the Hub’s QR code with learners.
- Learners can scan the Hub’s QR code by navigating to Tools in the main menu and selecting the QR scanner.
How do Educators view assigned learners?
- Log in to the Hub.
- By default, Educators will see the list of learners assigned to them.
- To view learners assigned to a specific Educator, use the dropdown menu to select the Educator's name.
