Learners' Responses in Excel (Individual learner)
What is this feature?
Educators can download learners' responses in Excel format, in addition to the existing PDF format. This feature consolidates responses from all learners into a single Excel file, with each learner's responses organized in separate tabs.

What information is included in the Excel file?
Each learner's tab includes:
- General Information:
- Hub/Class
- Learning Experience Title
- Educator Name
- Learner Name
- Release Date (LMS only)
- Print Date
- Score
- Completion Percentage
- Time Start, Time End, Time Spent
- Question and Response Details:
- Map/Point/Stage
- Block Number
- Question
- Learner Answer
- History of attempted answers (recent answers appear at the top; previous answers are greyed out).
- Media attachments (image, document, audio, or video) are provided as links.
- Attempt Number
- Correct Answer
- Date of Attempt
- Points Earned/Total Points
- Educator Feedback
Learners' Performances in Excel (Overall class/hub )
What is this feature?
Educators can download learners' performance data for a specific learning experience in an Excel file. The performance details are categorized into separate tabs for better organization.
How do I download learners' performance data in Excel?
- Go to the learners' performance section in the Hub or LMS.
- Select the "Download All" option.
- Choose the Excel format.
- A message will appear: "Please wait, your file is being downloaded."
- Once the download is complete, open the Excel file to view performance data.
What information is included in the Excel file?
The Excel file contains the following tabs:
1. Learner Answers:
- Hub/Class, Learning Experience Title
- Map/Point/Stage
- Block Number
Correct Answer (media answers indicated as Media attached)
2. Learner Scores:
- Hub/Class, Learning Experience Title
- Map/Point/Stage, Total Score
- Block scores organized by student
