Before You Begin

 

  1. Log in to BeED using your account credentials.

  2. Make sure your active role is set to Learner.

  3. From the main menu, go to Journal.

 

 

Function available

 

On the Journal page, the following main functions are available:

  1. Back button: Go back to the main menu.

  2. More Options: Access additional actions, including 

    • Tag Filter: Filter your Journals by tags to quickly find entries related to specific topics.

    • Sort By: Arrange your Journal list based on your preferred order, such as the latest updated or created entries.

    • Delete Journal: Permanently remove a Journal entry you no longer need.

    • Download for Offline: Download your Journal so you can view it later without an internet connection.

  3. Search: Find a specific Journal entry using keywords.

  4. Journal List: Displays all Journal entries. The most recently updated or edited entries appear at the top (sorted in descending order). Tap a Journal to open and edit it.

  5. Create: Create a new Journal entry.

 

When you click the more option button, a list of available additional option will be displayed. 

 

Once you’re there, you’re ready to manage your entries.

How to Bookmark a Lesson or Question

  • While viewing a lesson or question, tap the Bookmark icon on the block.

  • Choose the Journal where you want to save it, or create a new one.

  • Press done to confirm your selection.

 

 

 

Where to Find Your Bookmarked Content

  • Go to Journal from the main menu.

  • Open the Journal you selected when bookmarking the lesson or question.

  • View all saved blocks, or filter by Lesson blocks or Question blocks.

 

 

  1. Total saved blocks: Displays the total number of blocks saved based on how many lessons or questions have been bookmarked.

  2. Filter options:

    • All: Shows all bookmarked blocks.

    • Lesson Blocks: Shows only bookmarked lesson blocks.

    • Question Blocks: Shows only bookmarked question blocks.

  3. Info (i) icon: Shows details about where the block was bookmarked from (such as the lesson or stage).

 

Everything you saved is right there,  easy to review anytime.

 

 

How to Remove (Unbookmark) a Saved Block

Changed your mind? No worries, it’s just as easy to remove a bookmark:

 

 

  1. Open the Journal that contains the saved block.

  2. Tap the Bookmarked block you want to remove.

  3. Tap the Unbookmark icon.

  4. The block will be removed from the Journal.
