Before You Begin
- Log in to BeED using your account credentials.
- Make sure your active role is set to Learner.
- From the left menu, navigate to Hub, open your Hub, and make sure you are on the Experio tab inside your Room.

What is the Experio Tab?
The Experio tab is where all your assigned lessons appear. From here you can search and sort your Experio list, track your own progress and score, and download Experio as a PDF for offline reference.

Finding Your Experio
When you open the Experio tab, you'll see a list of all lessons currently available to you.
Only Experio with a "Started" status are visible. Lessons that have not started yet or have already ended will not appear in your list.
Searching for a specific Experio:
- Use the Search bar to find a lesson by title.
- Results appear automatically after typing 2 characters β no need to press Enter.
- Click the (x) icon to clear your search and return to the full list.
Sorting your Experio list: Click Sort By to reorder the list by:

| Latest Start Date | Shows most recently started Experio first |
| Experio Name AβZ | Alphabetical order |
| Experio Name ZβA | Reverse alphabetical order |
| My Score (HighβLow) | Shows your highest scored Experio first |
| My Progress (HighβLow) | Shows your most completed Experio first |
Understanding What Each Experio Row Shows
Each Experio in your list displays the following information:
- File icon β display only.
- Experio name β the title of the lesson.
- Status β only Started Experio appear in your list.
- Date β the Experio end date. Hidden if no date has been set by your Educator.
- My Progress β a colour-coded bar showing how far you've completed the Experio:
- π΄ Red: 0β49%
- π Orange: 50β79%
- π΅ Blue: 80β100%
- Score β your score for that Experio, using the same colour coding as Progress.
Your progress and score update automatically as you complete the Experio β no manual action is needed.
Selecting Experio
You can select one or more Experio from the list for batch actions:
- Click Select in the Experio table header to enter selection mode.
- Checkboxes appear before each Experio row.
- Tick the checkboxes next to the Experio you want to select.
- Tick Select All to select every Experio in the list at once.
- A "X Selected" label shows how many are currently selected.
- To exit selection mode, click the (x) icon in the header.
Downloading Experio as PDF
You can download any Experio as a PDF to your device for offline reference.
To download a single Experio:
- Hover over the Download icon on the right side of any Experio row.
- A tooltip appears: "Download Experio as PDF."
- Click the icon β the PDF downloads directly to your device.
To download multiple Experio:
- Enter selection mode by clicking Select.
- Tick the checkboxes next to the Experio you want to download.
- Click the Download icon in the selection toolbar.
- On hover, a grey circle background appears behind the icon with the tooltip: "Download Experio as PDF."
- The selected Experio download as PDFs to your device.
Quick Summary
- Open the Experio tab inside your Room.
- Use the Search bar to find a specific lesson, or Sort By to reorder the list.
- Check your My Progress and Score bars to track how you're doing.
- Click the Download icon on any row to save an Experio as a PDF.
- Use Select and Select All to download multiple Experio at once.
Stay on top of your progress β every lesson counts!
Important Notes / Tips
- Only Started Experio are visible. If you are expecting a lesson but don't see it, it may not have started yet or may have ended. Check with your Educator for the schedule.
- Progress and score are tracked automatically β there is nothing you need to do to save your progress manually.
- The colour coding for both Progress and Score is the same β Red (0β49%), Orange (50β79%), Blue (80β100%). Use it to quickly spot lessons that need more attention.
- Clicking anywhere on an Experio row will open and start the Experio β be ready before clicking if you want to review the list first.
- Downloaded PDFs are saved to your device's default download location β check your browser or device downloads folder if you can't find the file.
- If your Experio list shows "No Experio assigned yet", your Educator has not imported any lessons to this Room yet. Reach out to your Educator if you believe this is an error.
