What are My Lessons?
My Lessons allows you to access and complete the lessons assigned to you in BeED. Each lesson is organized into Points, Stages, and Blocks.
A Point represents a main topic or section of the lesson. When you open a Point, you may find one or more Stages. For example, Point A “Nucleus” may contain a Stage called “Structure and Function”.
Inside a Stage, you will find different Blocks. These Blocks contain the actual learning materials and activities. For example, the “Structure and Function” Stage may include:
A Lesson Block where you learn the theory or concept.
An Interactive Video where you explore the topic through interactive video content.
A Question Block where you answer questions such as MCQ with single answer, MCQ with multiple answer and Short Answer.
The number, names, and types of Points, Stages, and Blocks may vary depending on how the lesson was created by your Educator.

Choose a specific date from the calendar.
This is useful when the learner wants to check lessons scheduled for a particular date.
Step 5 — View Lessons by Day
The Schedule organizes activities each day.
For example: Monday, 5 October 2026
Step 6 — Open Your Lesson
After finding the lesson:
Click the Lesson Name.
The lesson will open.
You will see the lesson's main navigation and learning content.
The lesson is organized into different Points, which help divide the learning experience into different topics or sections.Once you open an Experio lesson, you will see the lesson content and learning activities on the main screen.
Lesson Name — displayed at the top, showing which Experio you are currently accessing. In this example, the lesson is Animal Cell.
Main Map — provides access to the lesson’s main learning map, where the different Points and activities are organized.
Point Labels (A–H) — each label represents a learning activity or question within the lesson. In this example, learners are asked to identify parts of an animal cell, such as the Nucleus, Mitochondria, Ribosome, Endoplasmic Reticulum, Golgi apparatus, Lysosomes, Centrioles, and Microtubules.
Score — shown in the top-right corner and indicates the learner’s current score. In this example, the score is 0 / 40.
Understanding Points in Your Lesson
Step 7 — Explore the Points
A lesson can contain several Points. For example, the lessons are organized on several separate points. One of the Points is:
Point A — Nucleus
Each Point represents a particular part of the lesson. Select a Point to access the learning content available inside it.
Note: The number and names of Points may be different for each lesson. They are determined by how the lesson was designed.
Understanding Stages
Step 8 — Open a Stage
After selecting a Point, you may find one or more Stages.
For example: Point A — Nucleus
contains the Stage: Structure and Function
A Stage focuses on a specific part of the topic.
Select the Point you want to study.
Open the available Stage.
Review the Blocks available inside the Stage.
The content and activities inside the Stage will help you learn and practice the topic.
Understanding Blocks
Step 9 — Explore the Lesson Block
Inside a Stage, you may find a Lesson Block. The Lesson Block is where you can learn the theory, concept, or explanation related to the topic.
Depending on the lesson, a Lesson Block may contain:
Explanations
Concepts
Theory
Text
Images
Supporting learning materials
Take some time to read and understand the content before moving to the next activity. For example, inside Nucleus, the Lesson Block may introduce the concept that you need to understand before completing the questions.
Step 10 — Complete the Question Block
After learning the theory or completing the Interactive Video, you may find a Question Block. The Question Block allows you to practice what you have learned and check your understanding.
Depending on the lesson, the Question Block may contain different types of questions, including:
Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQ) with single answer and multiple answer.
Open Response Questions
Read the instructions carefully before answering.
Answer an MCQ with Multiple Answer Question
Multiple Answer questions allows you to select more than one answer from the options provided.
Read the question carefully.

After submission, the Question Block will show the Submitted status.
If grading is available, the system will display the Graded status and your score.
Note: Make sure you select all answers that apply. Selecting only one option may result in an incomplete or incorrect response, depending on the question's scoring settings.
Grading Status
For MCQ (Multiple Choice Question) questions with single or multiple answers, the system automatically grades the answer after you submit it. The Question Block will then display the Graded status.
Note: The grading result and score depend on the correct answer and scoring settings configured for the question.
Make sure your answer has been saved before continuing if the activity requires submission.
After submitting a Multiple Choice Question, the Question Block displays a Submitted status. If Allow to Edit is enabled, the learner can click Edit Answer to modify and resubmit their response. If the Educator has enabled the Correct Answer option, you can also view the correct answer after submitting the question.
Note: The availability of Allow to Edit and Correct Answer depends on the settings configured by your Educator.
