Learn how to access and open your assigned lessons from the gradebook by filtering them weekly or by selecting a specific date.
Log in to BeED.
Open the Gradebook.
Go to Schedule.

There are several ways to access your lesson from Schedule
- By View it Weekly: browse and view lessons organized by week.
- Choose specific date from the Calendar: select a particular date on the calendar to view the lessons scheduled.

Let learners choose lessons organized into a weekly view, making it easy to see everything scheduled within a given week at a glance
Learners can use the left and right navigation buttons to move between weeks. Each week selected will show the list available date and the list assigned below.
Choose specific date from the Calendar
Lets learners choose an exact date directly from the calendar to view only the lessons scheduled for that particular day.
Opening Lesson
After selecting the date and the assigned lesson, learners can open the lesson by clicking the lesson title shown on that date.
This list will appear to inside the date
- Completion: Whether the lesson or task has been completed.
Day and date: The specific day and date of the lesson.
Lesson time: The scheduled time the lesson takes place.
Course: The course or subject the lesson belongs to.
Deadline: The due date for completing the lesson or its tasks.
Lesson Name The title or name of the lesson.
Grades: The grade or score received for the lesson.
