Private forums and announcements are restricted to invited users only. If your current role is unable to view a specific forum topic or announcement, you can:
a) Click on the profile icon in the top right corner and check your current role. You may need to switch roles to view the specific forum topic / announcement
b) Contact an Admin, Director, Curriculum Director or the creator of the forum topic / announcement to give you access.
If you are logged in with a parent role, you can view your child’s forum topics, but you will not be able to reply in topics where only your child has been invited.
You will only be able to reply to forum topics where you have been invited directly.
If you are able to view forum topics but cannot post any comments, you may have been temporarily banned. Banned users will receive a message like this informing them of the ban.
The message can be found in your SystemAdmin chat in Messenger, and includes the duration and reason for the ban
You may appeal your ban by contacting another Admin, Director or Curriculum Director.
