What should I do if I have been banned or warned?

If you were banned or warned, you will receive a notification in BeED Messenger via SystemAdmin. [image.png](http://commune.beed.world/uploads/images/gallery/2022-09/Pb2image.png) If you feel that you were unfairly warned or banned, you can appeal to another Admin, Director or Curriculum Director who can help rescind the warning or ban.

Troubleshooting - Why can't I access Connect?

If you’re logged in with a Basic Member role, you will be unable to access Connect. You will see a message like this on your screen. If you have other roles, just click on the link in the error message. This will bring you to the Journeys homepage. Click on your profile picture/name, and switch your role to a Learner role. You can now access Connect by clicking on the Connect tab.
