New Release: Reordering Lesson Stages

Introduction

We are excited to introduce a new feature in BeED that allows educators to reorder the stages of their lessons effortlessly. This functionality provides greater flexibility in organising content to match your teaching flow.

How to Reorder Lesson Stages

Step 1: Access the Lesson

1. Log in to BeED: Use your credentials to access the BeED platform.
2. Navigate to Your Lessons: Go to the lesson and access the "Content Creation" tab of the lesson you want to edit.

Step 2: Reorder the Stages

1. Locate the Reorder Button on the stage you would like to modify: In the lesson editor, find the rearrange button
2. Click the Reorder Button: This will allow you to adjust the position of each stage.
3. Select the Desired Position:
   • Select the new position from a drop-down.
4. Confirm the Change: Once satisfied with the new order, confirm the rearrangement by clicking on "Move".

Tips for Using the Reorder Feature

• Plan the Flow: Before rearranging, consider the logical flow of your lesson to ensure that the new order enhances learning.
• Experiment: Don’t hesitate to experiment with different stage orders to see what works best for your learners.
• Save Changes: Always ensure to save your changes after reordering the stages to avoid losing any adjustments.
